How to Play

Move your playing pieces up and down to score seven goals before the competing team does.

• Starting the Game
  • You can turn game sounds on or off using the button in the upper right corner of the welcome screen.
  • Click on the play button to begin the game. This will bring up the level select screen.
  • Players must beat each level to unlock the subsequent levels.
• Game Controls
  • General
    • On the upper row of the game there are buttons for full screen, game instruction information, switching between one and two player modes, turning music on or off, pausing the game, and turning the game off.
    • The current score is shown at the top center of the game and is represented by the beads at the bottom center of the playing table.
  • First Player
    • Keyboard: Press the W and S keys to move your players.
    • Touch screen device: Tap the up arrow in the lower left corner of the game and the down arrow in the right corner of the game. Touch screen controls are only available in one player mode.
    • W and the up arrow in the lower left corner are the same function.
    • S and the down arrow in the lower right corner are the same function.
    • When you move one row up the adjacent row moves down.
  • Second Player (optional)
    • Use the up arrow and down arrow keys on your keyboard to move your characters on the playing field.
    • In multiplayer mode the touch screen controls are disabled.
• Strategy
  • This game is rather easy, though the big thing to remember is your goalie and the defensemen move in opposite directions when you move, so be cognizant that if you miss with one row the other row may also be out of position.
  • Unless the goalie is out of position on the other side of the goal if you can kick at a slight angle or bounce the ball off the wall that has a greater chance of going in than a direct kick which must get past the defensemen and goalie.

To really play Paper Football, the first thing you need in a game of paper football is a properly constructed ball, and then you need to know how to play the game. The rules of the game are very simple.
Basically, the object of the game is to score touchdowns. To get a touchdown, you must flick the ball with you finger (you play on a straight edged table) and have the ball stop, with part of it sticking over the table, as seen here. That is 6 points. Players take turns, one flick each back and forth untill someone scores. If the ball goes off the table, you kick off. Hold the ball in your hand, resting on the plam, and toss it on the table by hitting your fingers on the underside of the table.
After a touchdown you can kick a feild goal. Whoever is kicking hold the ball vertical between his finger and the table, and with his kicking hand, he flicks the ball with his finger. The other person is holding a field goal with his finger aranged in a position, look here If the ball sails between the two posts, its good for 1 point. See it in air here
